Three Tier Wedding Cake at The Grand, Eastbourne, East Sussex.  Iced in ivory, with hand piped scroll work and microdot design to the base tier, hand piped beaded band with monograms to the centre tier and hand piped microdot design to the top tier.  Decorated with fresh flowers from Beau-K Florists.  Top tier of moist fresh lemon zest sponge with whipped lemoncurd buttercream, centre tier of Belgian Couverture Chocolate sponge with Belgian Couverture chocolate whipped ganache and base tier of moist rich fruit cake.  Cake serves 120 finger portions.
