Three tiered wedding cake at Buxted Park Hotel, Buxted, East Sussex. Iced in pure white with a soft edged finish. Hand painted water colour style wash in a smokey pale blue graduating from the base of each tier in to white. Base tier of Belgian Couverture chocolate sponge filled with whipped Belgian couverture chocolate ganache, central tier of fresh orange zest sponge with orange zest and orange oil whipped buttercream and top tier of rich moist fruit cake. Finished with fresh flowers, wreaths of gypsophila and sprays of roses with pops of bright colours, provided by Go Botanica. Cake serves approx 100 finger portions.
