Three tier wedding cake at Wadhurst Castle, Wadhurst, East Sussex. Semi-naked style wedding cake with a skimming of pale Madagascan Vanilla Bean paste whipped buttercream. Finished with fresh, beautiful florals by Kim Watson at The Flower House Studio. Base tier of fresh lemon zest sponge with whipped passionfruit buttercream, tier one of toffee sponge with salted caramel and whipped buttercream filling and top tier of ginger sponge with stem ginger whipped buttercream.
