Three tiered wedding cake at Broyle Place, Ringmer, Lewes, East Sussex. All tiers finished in a horizontally textured pale ivory whipped Madagascan vanilla bean paste buttercream and decorated with fresh florals from Highgate Florist and a topper provided by the bride and groom. Base tier of Belgian couverture chocolate sponge with whipped Belgian couverture chocolate ganache and salted caramel buttercream. Tier one of Madagascan vanilla sponge with whipped Madagascan vanilla bean paste buttercream and Raspberry Conserve. Tier two of Banoffee sponge filled with a banana and caramel whipped buttercream.
