Four tiered buttercream finish style wedding cake at The Print Works, Hastings, East Sussex.  All tiers iced in a horizontal textured buttercream finish, with flecks of peach buttercream, faded in. Base tier of Belgian couverture chocolate sponge filled with whipped Belgian couverture chocolate ganache, tier one of fresh lemon zest sponge with whipped lemoncurd buttercream filling, tier two of fresh Madagascan vanilla bean sponge with whipped Madagascan vanilla bean paste buttercream and passionfruit curd and tier three of fresh Madagascan vanilla bean sponge with whipped Madagascan vanilla bean paste buttercream with passionfruit curd.  Image kindly supplied by Doug Elliot Photography.  Cake serves 80 dessert portions.  Florals kindly provided by Bobo Florists, St Leonards
